Best for These Events

Where luxury restroom trailers shine — and where a different solution fits better.

✓ Outdoor weddings (75–500 guests)

Climate control matters more than people realize — nobody wants to sweat in formalwear in July or freeze in November. The flushing porcelain toilets and running hot water also mean guests aren’t comparing your wedding to a construction site.

✓ Corporate retreats & private events

When you’re hosting clients or executives at a vineyard, polo field, or private estate, a luxury trailer reads as “we thought about every detail” instead of “we got the cheap option.”

✓ Film / TV production base camps

Talent contracts often require flushing toilets and climate-controlled facilities for principal cast. Our 4-station and 8-station trailers also fit the “honeywagon” spec most location managers know.

✓ Outdoor galas, fundraisers, milestone parties

Anything where the host’s reputation is on display. Pair an 8-station luxury trailer with attendant service for events of 500+ where wait times become a guest-experience issue.

× Construction job sites

Overkill and not OSHA-required. Use our construction porta potty rentals instead — same OSHA compliance for a fraction of the cost.

× Backyard parties under 75 guests

A pair of deluxe porta potties at $85–$125/day will serve fine. Save the trailer budget for the food.

What to expect — from quote to pickup

No surprises on event day. Here’s the actual rhythm of a luxury restroom trailer rental.

  1. 1

Call — we quote in 60 seconds

Tell us the event date, venue address, guest count, and whether alcohol is served. We give you a firm price (not a starting price) and lock the date with a phone-only deposit. No emails, no callbacks.

  2. 2

    Pre-event walkthrough (optional)

For weddings and high-stakes events we’ll do a 15-minute on-site walk with you or your venue coordinator to confirm placement, power source, and access path for the truck. Free in most metros.

  3. 3

Delivery & setup — 1–2 hours before doors

Drivers arrive early enough that the trailer is leveled, A/C is running, water tanks are filled, and interior is photo-ready before the first guest walks in. 30–45 minutes for a 2- or 4-station; ~1 hour for an 8-station.

  4. 4

    During the event

If you booked an attendant, they restock paper, towels, and soap, wipe mirrors and surfaces, and discreetly direct guests. Without an attendant, the trailer is fully self-contained for events up to ~6 hours with normal use.

  5. 5

    Pickup & final invoice

Same-day or next-morning pickup. Final invoice matches the verbal quote — no fuel surcharges, no “cleaning fees,” no “weekend uplift” surprises. If anything is different, we waive it.

Power, water & placement

Power. Our luxury trailers run on a single 30-amp, 110/120V circuit (a standard heavy-duty extension from a building outlet works). For venues without convenient power, we can supply a quiet inverter generator for a $75–$150/day add-on. Solar isn’t reliable enough — we don’t recommend it.

Water. Each trailer carries a built-in fresh-water tank that’s filled at delivery. For events under 6 hours and 250 guests, the tank is sufficient with no hookup. Longer events benefit from a garden-hose connection — we can provide a 50-foot food-grade hose if your venue has a hose bib within range.

Placement. The ideal spot is firm, level ground with truck access (we need ~12 feet clearance for the rig). Grass is fine if it’s dry. For soft soil or pavers we use leveling pads. Steep grades (over 5°) need a plywood platform — we supply this for $25–$50.

Distance from main event. Plan for 50–100 feet from the dance floor or main tent. Close enough that guests don’t mind the walk; far enough that the generator (if used) isn’t audible.

What to pair with a luxury restroom trailer

Luxury trailers don’t replace every restroom need at a large event. Here’s the typical pairing.

Why a luxury restroom trailer costs more — and where the money actually goes

It’s a fair question. A standard porta potty is $50–$75 a day. A 2-station luxury trailer is $300–$450. That’s a 6× jump. Here’s the actual cost stack so you can decide whether the upgrade is worth it for your event.

The trailer itself. A new 2-station luxury trailer costs $35,000–$50,000 to manufacture. An 8-station with separate men’s and women’s sides runs $90,000–$150,000. Compared to a $1,200 standard porta potty unit, the per-day cost recovery is on a totally different curve.

Delivery is more involved. Standard porta potties drop off the back of a single roll-off truck in 5 minutes. A luxury trailer is towed by a 1-ton dually pickup, requires leveling pads, water hookup verification, generator placement (if needed), and 30–60 minutes of setup. That’s real driver time and real fuel.

Servicing is more expensive. Pumping a luxury trailer’s waste tank requires a different truck (one with the right vacuum capacity and finer hose) than a standard porta potty service truck. Cleaning includes interior detail work — mirrors, vanities, flooring — not just the bowl.

Insurance and bonding. A trailer rental at a wedding or corporate event has higher liability exposure than a porta potty on a construction site. We carry $2M general liability per occurrence specifically to cover event-day incidents.

Where the savings come from. The single biggest cost lever for clients is time of day and day of week. A Tuesday-afternoon corporate event books cheaper than a Saturday wedding because Saturday is our peak demand. If your date is flexible, ask us about Wednesday and Thursday rates — typically 10–15% lower.

Where it’s tempting to cut and shouldn’t be. Two places: skipping the attendant for events over 300 guests (the trailer ends up looking dirty by hour three without one), and pairing only one ADA unit with a small luxury trailer (most municipalities require one ADA per 20 guests — check your event permit).

Seasonal & weather considerations

Summer (June–September). A/C is non-negotiable. Verify with us that the unit you’re renting has been pre-cooled before guest arrival — we run our trailers’ A/C for 60–90 minutes before doors during summer events. In Phoenix, Las Vegas, Houston, and other 110°F+ markets we also stage shaded placement when possible.

Hurricane & storm season (Atlantic / Gulf). Florida, the Gulf Coast, and coastal Carolinas: we include wind-rated tie-down kits standard April–November. For events scheduled within 72 hours of a tropical storm watch, we’ll proactively call to discuss reschedule options at no fee.

Winter events (Northeast / Midwest / Mountain West). Heat is included on every luxury trailer. The water lines have insulation jackets and our drivers add antifreeze additives starting in October in Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, and similar climates. For events below 20°F we recommend bypassing the on-board water tank and using direct hose hookup with a heated jacket.

Rainy / muddy venues. The trailer’s leveling pads handle most surfaces but if forecast says heavy rain on event day, ask us about adding a wood platform under the entry steps so guests aren’t walking through mud in dress shoes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Real answers — not marketing fluff. Still got questions? Call (833) 652-9344.

How much does a luxury restroom trailer cost?+
2-station trailers: $300–$450/day. 4-station: $500–$750/day. 8-station: $800–$1,200/day. Multi-day weddings and weekend events typically book a Friday-pickup-to-Monday-return rate that's roughly 2.5× the day rate. Call (833) 652-9344 for a quote tied to your specific guest count and date.
How many luxury trailer stations do I need?+
Roughly 1 station per 75–100 guests for a 4-hour event with alcohol service, or 1 station per 100–150 guests for daytime events without alcohol. The calculator recommends an exact unit and station count.
What amenities are included in a luxury restroom trailer?+
Climate control (heat + A/C), flushing porcelain toilets, running hot and cold water, vanity mirrors and lighting, premium finishes, sound system on most models, and interior music. 4-station and larger units have separate men's and women's sides.
What's the difference between luxury and VIP trailers?+
Luxury trailers cover most weddings, corporate events, and upscale parties. VIP trailers step up to celebrity-level: marble finishes, concierge attendants, branded interior wraps, and 8+ station capacity. VIPs start at $799/day.
Do luxury restroom trailers need power and water hookups?+
Power: yes — a standard 110V outlet from a generator or building. Water: not strictly required (internal fresh-water tank lasts most events) but a garden-hose hookup extends capacity for multi-day rentals.
Can luxury trailers be set up on grass or gravel?+
Yes. Our drivers level the trailer with included pads. We'll review the placement spot with you before booking — soft mud or steep grades may need plywood support.
How long does setup take?+
30–45 minutes for a 2- or 4-station trailer. 8-station units take about an hour. We arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time so everything's tested and ready before guests show up.
Do you provide attendants?+
Optional add-on: $35–$60/hour. Recommended for weddings over 200 guests and any event where the trailer represents your brand. Attendants restock supplies, keep mirrors clean, and direct guests.
